The following policy represents our "reasonable basis" for ensuring that our shipments are carried in accordance with this policy and comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations.
Most products offered by Essential Mastery LLC are electronic and accessible only through the Internet. There are exceptions where we may ship physical products such as books, promotional materials and various printed matter. The book "Climbing Out of the PTSD Hole" is one such example of a physcal product we ship. Our ability to successfully ship it to you is affected by factors such as:
Our responsibility is to ship the product immediately upon receipt of your order. To maintain compliance with federal regulations we represent that the product will arrive at the customer's shipping address no later than 30 days after receipt of the order.
Should the order fail to arrive at the shipping address within 30 days, the customer may contact Essential Mastery by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the shipment's failure to arrive. We will make a determination as to whether to ship the item again, make any necessary corrections to the shipping address or issue a refund. Refunds will be made in accordance with our Refund Policy.
If our determination means to make a subsequent shipment, the same polices described above will take effect.
In the event that we cannot ship the item in time to fulfill the 30 day requirement as described above, we will notify the customer of such delay and give a reasonable basis for when the product will ship. If it becomes impossible to ship the product at all, we will issue a notice of full refund and refund the customer in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Changes to this policy may be made from time to time to reflect any updated shipping procedures.
