For the purposes of this Refund policy the followng definitions are given as follows:

Country refers to: Arizona, United States

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Essential Mastery LLC, 950 East Mingus Avenue, Cottonwood, AZ 86326.

Website refers to Essential Mastery Transformation, accessible from https://app.essential-mastery-transformation.com

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Refund refers to monies returned to the customer

Thank you for your purchase. We appreciate your confidence in us (Essential Mastery LLC) to help you heal from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, past traumas and unresolved emotions that have kept you from living your best life. We hope you are happy with your purchase.

Policy



If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Essential Mastery’s online courses and/or services for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days from your date of purchase.

As for our book offer for “Climbing Out of the PTSD Hole” by Marcia Diane, since we are giving this paperback book for free, except for shipping and handling charges, we do not offer a refund for the book for any reason pertaining to the book or its content.

Refunds for the shipping and handling charges will be determined based on two factors: 1)The book arrives physically damaged or 2) The book does not arrive within 30 days of ordering per our Shipping policy (Link).

Physical Damage



If the book arrives so physcially damaged as to be unreadable, the customer is required to send a photograph of the damaged book, emailed to our contact address admin@essential-mastery.com.

If the book does not arrive within 30 days of the order date, the customer must contact Essential Mastery by email at admin@essential-mastery.com to arrange re-sending the book. If, for some reason the book cannot be delivered to the customer’s address, a full refund will be given to the customer.

How We Refund



Any and all refunds granted in accordance with this agreement will be made as credits to the PayPal account or credit card account as used in the initial purchase/
